For a mind that won't switch off
It's eleven o'clock. You're tired - properly tired - and your head is still going. Tomorrow's list. Today's conversation. The email you meant to send on Tuesday.
Unwind is two capsules, taken in the evening. Reishi, KSM-66 Ashwagandha, lemon balm and hops flower, with magnesium, zinc, copper and B vitamins that contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
No powder, no mixing, nothing to taste. 93p a day.
If you've already tried magnesium on its own
Most people arriving here have. A tub of magnesium from the supermarket, maybe a spray, maybe a tea.
Unwind has magnesium in it - 75mg, contributing to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. But it isn't a magnesium tablet with a mushroom on the label. It's a full evening formula: four botanicals traditionally used in the evening for centuries, plus six vitamins and minerals at doses that clear the threshold to make a claim, rather than a sprinkle for the ingredients list.
300mg of KSM-66, which is the part worth checking
Ashwagandha is not all the same. Most brands use generic milled root powder because it costs a fraction of the price. We use KSM-66 - a branded, standardised, full-spectrum root extract, and the most extensively researched ashwagandha extract in the world.
If a label just says "ashwagandha" with no extract named and no ratio given, you're almost certainly holding root powder. Ours says KSM-66 12:1 because that's what's in it.
Organic fruiting body extracts. No mycelium, no grain filler, no bulking agents. Formulated by biochemists, made in the UK, third-party tested every batch.
It won't knock you out
Unwind isn't a sleeping tablet and we're not going to pretend otherwise. There's no next morning fog, and nothing here habit forming.
What customers describe is subtler - the evening feeling less loud. One called it turning down the background noise, which is a better description than anything we'd have written.
For best results, take with dinner
If your evenings run late, take it with your evening meal so you don't forget.
Two capsules.
Adaptogens work cumulatively. Nothing much happens on night one, and anything that promises otherwise is selling you a sedative.
A pouch is a month. Take it nightly, and decide at the end of it.
Who shouldn't take it
Not suitable if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a thyroid condition, take prescription sedatives or sleep medication, or are on any regular medication, speak to your GP or pharmacist first — ashwagandha in particular is worth naming to them.
Food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
