We are now taking pre-orders for our second batch of beef boxes available for collection or delivery from Monday 8th June!!

Indulge in delicious, home-reared and organically-raised beef, straight from our family farm. Treat yourself to a juicy steak or mouthwatering roast, and savour the unbeatable flavour of our quality Buckwell beef!

The boxes are a total of £135 each (roughly a 10% discount from label price) and contains around 7-8kgs. Exact contents may vary according to the size of cuts and customer requests but a typical box would contain:

• 3x 500g Mince
  
• 1x 500g Braising steak
• 2x Roasting joints (1kg topside, 1.5kg slow roast)
• 4x 8oz Steaks
• 1x 500g shin
• 1x short rib

Although this beef is reared on our organic farm, it is not classed as organic beef. This is because we haven't used a licensed organic abattoir or butcher. Due to the dwindling number of small abattoirs, there are no longer any that are certified as organic remaining in our area therefore we'd rather use a local non-organic abattoir in the village of South Kilworth to reduce travel time for the cattle.
