Buckwell Premium Wagyu Beef Box

Indulge in delicious, home-reared and organically-raised beef, straight from our family farm. Treat yourself to a juicy steak or mouthwatering roast, and savour the unbeatable flavour of our quality Wagyu beef!

The boxes are a total of £120 each (roughly a 10% discount from label price) and contain around 6-7kgs. Exact contents may vary according to the size of cuts and customer requests but a typical box would contain:

• 1x 1kg Mince
• 1x 500g Diced braising steak
• 4x 4oz burgers
• 2x Roasting joints (1kg topside, 1.5kg slow roast)
• 4x 8oz Steaks
• 1x 500g shin
• 1x short rib

Although this beef is reared on our organic farm, it is not classed as organic beef. This is because we haven't used a licensed organic abattoir or butcher. Due to the dwindling number of small abattoirs, there are no longer any that are certified as organic remaining in our area therefore we'd rather use a local non-organic abattoir in the village of South Kilworth to reduce travel time for the cattle.
