PROPOLIS ESSENCE WITH FOREST HONEY, an intense and complex elixir, naturally abundant in antioxidants, bioactive compounds, and minerals, designed to preserve the very essence and polyphenol richness of propolis exactly as it exists within the beehive itself.

A rich fusion of raw propolis extract with raw forest honey made to deliver the deep, resinous intensity of propolis beautifully softened by the dark, mineral-rich forest honey.

The essence of the hive in its most concentrated and delicious form, making propolis a remarkably smooth and pleasant daily ritual.

INGREDIENTS

Raw forest honey, water, raw propolis extract.

Harvested in Transylvania, from our own apiaries only.

Free from alcohol, propylene glycol, glycerine, colourings and any other additives and preservatives

DIRECTIONS

Ensure you are well hydrated before taking any RAW bee product due to their high potency. If new to raw propolis start with one to two drops and gradually increase your dose. It could be taken on its own or diluted in a little water.

Shake well before each use.

Children 1-2 years: 0.5ml per day

Children 3-6 years: 1ml per day

Children 7-15 years: 2ml per day

Children over 16 years: 3ml per day 

Adults: 3ml per day

TIPS FOR TAKING

It can be taken on its own, mixed into water, natural juice, smoothies, yoghurt, or added to any food or drink of your choice. Always choose room temperature drinks and avoid hot drinks.
