DIRECTIONS

Ensure you are well hydrated before taking any RAW bee product due to their high potency. If new to raw honey start small amounts and gradually increase your dose.

Adults and children over the age of 1 year: Use to taste. 

Topical use: It can be used as face mask in beauty regimes: apply a thin layer on the skin. Leave it on for min 30 minutes or more and then rinse it off with warm water.

TIPS FOR TAKING

Use on its own or mixed with yogurts, added to smoothies, juices.

STORAGE

Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight and once opened keep refrigerated. 

Why refrigerated? Because its royal jelly content is raw, never pasteurized.
