Maple brown butter is the newest ghee in our collection. It's best served as a topping for pancakes, toast and porridge. It can also be used as a glaze for carrots or parsnips. Anywhere that needs a pop of slightly salty sweetness! Unlike our other ghees, this one is best kept in the fridge upon receipt of delivery
